This volume is the third in a series of studies conducted by a now well-established group of academics from Italy and Eastern and Central Europe EU countries working in administrative law. The topics addressed thus far have included administrative procedure (New Challenges in Administrative Procedural Law. A Comparative Perspective, 2021) and administrative action in relation to the challenges of sustainability (Administrative Action Facing Sustainable Development, 2024). The present volume focuses on justice, in its judicial and administrative dimensions, offering a comparative perspective on each legal system and fostering dialogue between different experiences. Each volume originates from a corresponding seminar held in Verona at the Department of Law and has been published in the Department of Law Series.
