Diversity management (DM) is a well-established concept in the corporate world, yet it remains underexplored within the school system. In schools, DM is often focused on students, but it is equally important to consider the school workforce, which includes teachers, administrative staff, and leadership roles. This chapter explores the concept of work- force diversity, DM, and the characteristics of the school context with the aim of developing an effective DM model that fosters an inclusive environ- ment for both students and staff.
