To this end, the book brings together contributions from numerous legal scholars from different universities worldwide on the topic. The various chapters entrusted to them not only offer independently appreciable research reflections but also contribute as a whole to investigate, in a synergistic and complementary way, the overall issue related to the legal status of persons with disabilities from different disciplinary perspectives, both legal and extra-legal, placing it in a strongly international and interdisciplinary framework.
