This work deals with the creation and publication of the Digital Library of the Mambrino Project, research group at the University of Verona that deals with The present study aims to examine the field of visualization interfaces for TEI-based scholarly digital editions, following the criteria of diversity, inclusivity, and accessibility of digital resources promoted by the European Union’s Accessibility Act as a reference point. First, the users of digital editions are considered, and the current state of visualization interfaces is described. Second, the digital edition of the first part of Sferamundi di Grecia (1558) is taken into account as a case study. This work was chosen as the pilot text for the Digital Library of the Mambrino Project, and can be taken as a useful point to highlight the interface features that support the participation of different user groups. Finally, we advocate for dissemination and data-processing solutions based on more inclusive and accessible criteria.
