The report presents the results of an international interview research within the Erasmus+ Program Doing Right(s). Innovative Tools for working with LGBT+ Families and Outlining a set of key, cross-sectoral competences for professionals working with LGBT+ families. The research draws on the experiences of current professionals and is informed by real challenges they have encountered in the workplace. It uses backward design approach to connect the data analysis with the design of a cross-national curriculum addressing the key competences in working with family diversity in education, healthcare, social and legal services.
