In this paper, we present the Microarray System which is based on a MIAME-compatible database and allows the users to store and retrieve data produced by experiments made with the DNA-microarray technology. This system was designed and implemented for managing data coming from the Functional Genomics Centre (FGC) of the University of Verona.

Abstract
