Latino 'carsico'? Qualche esempio di usi linguistici sommersi nei grammatici latini

This paper discusses about the assumption, widespread among out-of-dated trends of Latin linguistics, but now rejected, that colloquialisms found in the earliest Latin authors, like Plautus, were really common to the spoken language. Those features, discarded by the classical literary language, resurface in the Late period. In this perspective, assessments, rules and directives formulated by late grammarians, such as Ps. Caper and Appendix Probi, in order to avoid these forms as wrong, are examined.
